He married Barbara Hough in Port Angeles Feb. Louderback was a member of the Presbyterian Church and made his home at 220 W. He attended school in Neah Bay until the eighth grade and graduated from Port Angeles High School in 1978. He was born to Robert and Della Louderback April 3, 1960, at Fairbanks, Alaska. Harper-Ridgeview Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Louderback drowned Saturday at Ashcroft, B.C. Thursdaz at the First United Presbyterian Church with the Rev. A memorial service for Paul Louderback, 21, will be at 2 p.m.
